Filterable by search, plan, capture state and whether any replies have arrived; sortable by recency, reply count, first-seen time or name. Carries no reply contents — this is an index of where replies are accumulating, not of what they say.

Query parameters

searchstring

Case-insensitive substring match against the form name, its page path, the site subdomain or the owning account name. SQL wildcards in the input are treated literally. Deliberately does not search reply contents — those are visitors' messages, not an admin index.

plan'free' | 'basic' | 'pro' | 'max'

Restrict to forms on sites under one plan tier.

captureEnabledboolean

Restrict by whether replies to the form are being stored.

hasRepliesboolean

Restrict to forms that have received at least one reply.

sort'lastReply' | 'replies' | 'created' | 'name'

Sort column: most recent reply (forms with none sort last), reply count, first-seen time, or form name.

sortDir'asc' | 'desc'

Sort direction.
