Form replies

List the forms found on a site

Every form Nippy has seen on the site, with its reply count. Counts are returned on every plan — they are what tell an owner there is something worth opening.

Whether form-reply capture is on for the site as a whole. When false the worker stops injecting the capture script entirely.
