Upload Endcard Image

Upload a custom 1080×1920 PNG/JPG to use as the reel endcard. When set, the renderer short-circuits the Playwright endcard render and uses this image as-is (still + Ken-Burns motion via ffmpeg). Replaces any previously-uploaded endcard image.
