Get service account tokens

Required permissions (See note in the introduction for an explanation): action: serviceaccounts:read scope: global:serviceaccounts:id:1 (single service account)

Requires basic authentication and that the authenticated user is a Grafana Admin.

get/serviceaccounts/{serviceAccountId}/tokens
