Runs a workflow (resolved by .or(user_id, is_template); the run is inserted with user_id: userId). The INTERNAL route debits (dynamic cost by steps/size) — the v1 wrapper does NOT debit (charging parity). Thin loopback to /api/studio/runs. Scope: mcp | *.
