Billing detail for a case. Firm-scoped ownership (key owner OR active member of the firm), preserved across the loopback. format=csv → CSV attachment (Content-Disposition is preserved). Thin loopback to /api/firm/billing/case/{caseId}. No charge. Scope: mcp | * (NOT cases: the internal path is not in the cases allowlist).
