Completes the profile of a user mid-onboarding (insert user_id = userId, never override). For users already provisioned upstream by a distributor it responds idempotently with { ok:true, already:true }. Thin loopback to /api/auth/complete-profile (requireUser adoption; email_confirmed_at via admin.getUserById). No charge. Scope: mcp | *.
