Get Vortex extensions, themes, and translations
Returns Vortex extensions, themes, and translations, split into three lists.
Extensions are classified from their code (info.json): a game extension targets a specific game (and carries a game_id), otherwise it is other. Themes and translations are not game-specific and carry no type.
When game_ids is provided, the extensions list is filtered to game extensions for those Nexus Mods game IDs. Themes and translations are always returned in full.

Query parameters
Comma-separated list of Nexus Mods game IDs to filter game extensions by.
When omitted, all game extensions are returned. Non-game extensions (themes, translations, other) are unaffected by this filter.
