[PT] Cadastra novo documento com anexo. [EN] Create new document with attachment

[PT] Este serviço permite o cadastro de documentos. Um arquivo de anexo e uma string no formato JSON do documento relacionado devem ser enviados como payload. O arquivo anexo deve conter até 20MB. Os campos obrigatórios estão marcados com um * na aba "Model".

[EN] This service allows to create a document. The payload to be sent is the JSON below. The attachment must be smaller than 20MB. Required fields have a asterisk mark * in "Model" tab.
