FileUpload

Start new TUS upload

See the specification for additional details. The file name and MIME type can be provided in the Upload-Metadata header as name and mime_type fields. If no MIME type is provided, it will be detected upon upload completion.

This endpoint also supports traditional form-based file uploads, but that method is deprecated in favor of the TUS protocol or the PUT method for single-file uploads of small files.
