Query AI operator observations

Changed on

Retrieve observations recorded by AI operator instances, most recent first. Requires the "view event log" system access right. Observations related to objects the caller has no read access to are excluded; server-level observations are always included.

Only observations recorded at or after the given time (UNIX timestamp, ISO 8601, or relative like -1h)

Maximum number of records to return (0 = unlimited)
