Presign Folder Delivery
Presign a PAGE of the delivery.
Paged rather than all-at-once because a presigned POST expires: signing 2,000 targets up front would expire the tail before the uploader reaches it.
Only paths present in the stored manifest are signed — otherwise the link would be a signing oracle for arbitrary keys in the bucket.
