Resume Data Chat Thread
Make one past thread the caller's open thread again.
NOT rate-limited: unlike the message route below, this buys no agent turn — it flips two rows. It answers the same AppDataChatRead shape as open/new so the panel has one response type however it acquires a thread, and entity_names is re-read rather than assumed unchanged: a binding dropped since the thread was last used must not keep being advertised in the scope line of the conversation the user just reopened.
