Delete the signed-in account and erase its personal data

Revoke everything this account issued, then erase the person from it.

No 404 branch, for revoke-all's reason: the subject is the caller's own account, which the session already proved exists. No idempotent repeat either, and that is the difference — the second press arrives without a session to authenticate, so it is a 401 rather than a set of zeros.
