The team directory.

This route had no auth dependency at all — curr_user was optional and only steered the redaction of the next post's name — so the full roster, with every team's progress, was readable by anyone whatever the event had configured. An anonymous caller is now served only while the event publishes to the public (public_access_enabled and show_live_leaderboard): that pair is what the public scoreboard runs on, and closing either one closes this too. show_score_mode decides whether the points and ranks come with it.
