Up Lookup

v1.15 'ask before you call': the state of everything Ned watches publicly on a host (and its subdomains), no key. state is the worst of them: down, degraded, reachable, up, or unknown when nothing on The Watch matches (then watch_this says how to add it). One station's view, cached 20 s; ask the other station too if it matters.
