Remove tags from an image

Removes a tag (or all tags) from an image.

When tag query parameter is provided, only that specific tag is removed. When omitted, all tags are removed from the image.

If any public image has the same tag, tag will start tracking that public image again.

In all other cases tag will be removed and the image will be accessible only by its UUID.
