Playbooks

Resume a case

Lifts the pause and starts what became runnable while the case was paused. A case that is not paused is 409 PLAYBOOK_CASE_NOT_PAUSED; one in a paused project is 409 PROJECT_PAUSED and stays paused until the project resumes.
