Update Profile

Update the current user's profile.

Rate-limited to 60/minute per IP. A user editing fields with auto-save (each birth_place edit triggers a Nominatim geocode round-trip) can realistically hit double-digit PUTs in a debug session — 60/minute leaves room for that without shielding bots that hammer the endpoint.
