Grant Coins

Grant coins to a user.

Writes an admin_audit_log row capturing both the delta and the target user's ID — essential for chargebacks / abuse investigations (pre-2026-04-23 this wrote to coin_transactions but NOT to admin_audit_log, so the admin tab's audit export missed every manual coin grant and couldn't answer "which admin granted user X their current balance").
