Refresh Access Token

Refresh an expired access token using a valid refresh token.

When your access token expires, use this endpoint to obtain a new access token and refresh token pair without re-authenticating.

Args: body: Request containing the refresh token

Returns: TokensDto: New access token and refresh token pair
