Delete Ai Activate Index

Request removal (soft delete) of a volume from the AI Activate service.

This is a soft delete: access stops immediately, but nothing is torn down until removal_deadline_at passes. Until then it can be undone by PATCHing this resource with deletion_requested: false. Repeating the request is a no-op and returns the existing deadline.
