Receipt OCR

Resolve pre-parsed line items to merchant and product graph

Required scope: receipts:resolve. Stateless — no image upload, no OCR. Accepts caller-supplied line items (from Apple Vision, Veryfi, Mindee, etc.) and returns merchant + product_global_id per line. Billed per request, not per line.
