Plan a sheet and get its prompt (free)

The prompt-only door: the same body as POST /v1/sheets, answered with the plan, the prompt, aspect_ratio, resolution, model and credits_cost, for generating elsewhere. Prefer POST /v1/sheets, which keeps the prompt server-side. GET returns the same index as /v1/sheets/options.
