Fail-fast gates only (Light tier, founding caps, the platform company cap). No moderation call: moderation moved in-interview to the model's reject_founding tool, which also covers the mid-interview pivot an idea-only gate never saw. No credit gate either: interviewing is free and a founder can top up mid-flight; the credit floor applies to the INITIAL turn at the very end, where it is a visible stall rather than a refusal.
