Mark Milestones Seen

Mark all currently-unseen milestones seen (per-company).

Called by the frontend AFTER the celebration moment has actually played, so a failed load never silently consumes the celebration. Only one milestone kind exists (first_dollar, unique per company), so marking all == marking the one that played; revisit scoping if/when more milestone kinds ship.
