Stable internal ID of the authenticated user, independent of their email or identity provider subject.

can_create_organizationboolean required

False when the free allowance is used up or this installation seeds its organizations with the CLI. Advisory for the UI — creation is refused server-side regardless.

can_run_evalsboolean

Whether this identity may use the eval console (a Nace staff email domain). A person-level capability like can_create_organization, not an organization's — an eval run scores the deployment and belongs to no tenant. Advisory for the UI; the eval routes enforce it regardless.
