Read a connection's validation

The connection's latest validation job. While it is queued or running, the connection has validation_running; a failed job's error says what Nace could not do. Any member of the account may read it. Free. Only where customer storage is on for the deployment; where it is off, every storage connection route answers 404 storage_connection_unavailable once the API key is accepted, before checking the request or its body.
