Public Liqmap Coins

Coins the liq-map chart can render, and which have a real DEX book.

Both lists were hardcoded in liqmap.astro (6 coins, DEX=BTC/ETH), so the page could offer a coin with no data or hide one that had it. Derive them: CEX coverage from the snapshot table, DEX from the live watcher map.
