Public — no auth. CEX liquidation heatmap with FIXED PERSISTENT liq levels. OI added at price P creates liq levels at fixed prices P*(1∓1/L); each persists forward in time until price crosses it. Bright = still-open liq-$ at that level. The real Coinglass algorithm (horizontal bands), modeled from OI history.
