Public Charts Candles

PUBLIC OHLC candles for a chart, from the same Hyperliquid feed the levels themselves are detected on.

The levels chart used to pull candles from CoinGecko through a hardcoded coin→CoinGecko-id map, which (a) capped the page at the five coins in that map, (b) put a third-party rate limit in front of our own chart, and (c) could disagree with the price our levels were computed from. Same feed for both, no map to maintain.
