Sync Event Analytics Cron

Triggered by external cron to refresh stored GA4 analytics for all events.

The sync is a long-running batch job (many sequential GA4 API calls), so it runs in the background and this endpoint returns immediately to avoid gateway timeouts (504). Use the logs to track completion.
