Auth Blocked Email Restart

Forward to the proxy's blocked-email-restart endpoint.

The /blocked-email page calls this to break the silent re-auth loop AuthKit would otherwise produce: navigates through WorkOS logout (to clear the session cookie) and lands the user on /login, where a sessionStorage flag triggers an immediate fresh sign-up.
