List Orders

List all orders for the current workspace. Please refer to our Orders Overview guide for more information about the different types of orders and payment processors. To apply an order filter that already exists in ClickFunnels, pass stored_filter_id or stable_id, see Applying existing order filters in the Refine Filters Skill.

workspace_idstring required

Query parameters

afterstring

ID of item after which the collection should be returned. More examples and info about pagination in our guides.

per_pageinteger

Records per page. Defaults to 20; raise it up to 100 for bulk reads. A larger value returns 100 records. Zero, a negative or a non-integer value is a 422. The Link next-page URL keeps the value, so a client following it keeps the page size. More in our guides.

sort_order'asc' | 'desc'

Sort order of a list response. Use 'desc' to reverse the default 'asc' (ascending) sort order. Examples in our guides.

sort_property'id' | 'updated_at'

Sort property of a list response. The default is id and thus the created_at order. If you sort by other properties, we additionally sort by id implicitly as a secondary sort property, so that you can rely on the sort order to be deterministic even if the main sort property ends up with the same values.

stored_filter_idstring

The id (integer) or public_id (string) of a saved order filter scoped to this workspace. Existing saved filters can be discovered with GET /api/v2/workspaces/{workspace_id}/refine_filters; choose an entry whose filter_class is OrdersFilter. Applies the saved filter's criteria to the results, composed (AND) with any filter[...] params. Returns 422 if the filter is unknown, invalid, belongs to a different workspace, or is not an order filter. When both stored_filter_id and stable_id are supplied, stable_id takes precedence.

stable_idstring

A URL-encoded Refine stable_id token copied from a filtered ClickFunnels Orders page. Send it as a normally encoded query parameter; do not decode it or concatenate its raw value into a URL. Applies the encoded order-filter criteria to the results, composed (AND) with any filter[...] params. Returns 422 if the token is malformed, is not an order filter, mixes and/or across its conditions, or references records outside this workspace. Flat filters and grouped filters using a single conjunction (including tokens copied from the filtered Orders UI) are supported; mixing the two words is rejected whether or not the token groups its criteria, because a flat filter cannot express it. When both selectors are supplied, stable_id takes precedence. See Applying existing order filters in the Refine Filters Skill for where to copy this token from and how to send it.

contact_idstring

A comma-separated list of Contact IDs to filter by.

idstring

A comma-separated list of Order IDs to filter by.

order_type'subscription-order' | 'one-time-order'

The order type to filter by.

live_modeboolean

Filter by live vs test orders: true for live/production orders, false for test orders.

Filter by available properties in query params, like this: api/v2/resources?filter[id]=value&filter[another_property]=value1,value2. Check our Filtering guide for examples and all about filtering here.

billing_statusstring

The billing status reflects the status of the invoice of an order. Billing status can be one of the following for Payments AI and Stripe orders: pending, draft, paid, unpaid, partially-refunded, refunded, voided, disputed, past-due. For external orders, the billing status can be one of: pending, paid, unpaid, voided and refunded.

service_statusstring

The service status reflects the activity state of the order. For external one-time orders possible service statuses are pending or completed. For external subscription orders possible statuses are pending, active, churned, canceled, completed, paused.

order_typestring

next_charge_atstring nullable

When the next invoice on this subscription falls due. Read-only for processor-managed orders; on an external order it is a plain field you can write.

renewal_atstring nullable

When the subscription's service period rolls over and the next billing cycle begins. Distinct from next_charge_at, which is when the resulting invoice is due.

Writable on a Payments AI subscription that is pending, active, or paused - see the renewal_at note on PATCH /orders/{id}. Read-only on Stripe and external orders.

A write is applied at the payment processor rather than stored. For an actual schedule change, the order a successful PATCH hands back will carry the pre-request stored value. Follow the 200 / 202 polling conditions on PATCH /orders/{id}; a caller timeout means unknown, not failed.

trial_end_atstring nullable

When this subscription's trial ends and it converts to a paid charge. Null when the order never had a trial.

Writable while the order is in a trial. Payments AI also accepts it as the equal companion to a legal renewal_at move while the stored trial end is still in the future - see the trial_end_at note on PATCH /orders/{id}.

previous_line_itemstring nullable

An additional field, only available in outgoing subscription.upgrade and subscription.downgrade webhooks. It enables you to identify the former line item which is otherwise removed from the regular subscription line items when an upgrade or downgrade happens. Thus you can see the data of the previously active subscription. This property will be null in regular API requests.
