Remove Incoming External Purchase Endpoint
Changed onDelete an endpoint that has no retained events. Endpoints with event history cannot be deleted. For Whop, the webhook lives in the merchant's own Whop dashboard, so it stays untouched here and must be removed from the Whop dashboard by its owner.
