Remove Contact
Changed onDelete a contact. This is a soft delete: the contact is removed from list endpoints and filters but stays readable by id, with deleted_at set. Returns 422 when the contact cannot be deleted - it is the workspace default contact, has an active subscription order, or has course enrollments.
