Create Support Ticket

Submit a support ticket (product surface, no admin gating).

Writes into the same Ticket table the web app's /api/tickets route already uses (see archivist-prisma's schema) instead of standing up a parallel ticket system, and sends the same kind of confirmation email support relies on to notice new tickets.
