Get Character Arc

A character's arc facets, grouped under the campaign's arc themes.

Product-view only for now (not yet documented/tested for other views).

Themes are always returned, including empty ones, so clients render a stable set of sections. Superseded facet revisions are folded into the current facet's versionCount.
