Get Campaign Link Graph

Whole wikilink graph for a campaign in a single response.

Product-view only. The paginated /{campaign_id}/links caps size at 100, so a campaign with ~12k links costs the client ~120 requests just to resolve [[...]] markup. Rows are reduced to the resolver's inputs; callers that need id or created_at (link editing) still use the paginated route.
