Read a published Studio opportunity back as an editable draft (AI-7498).

Pre-fills the Edit form. opportunity_id is a query parameter, not a path segment, because the id embeds the resource key and can contain slashes (priority/<table_rk>). studio_created tells the client whether the edit and delete routes will accept this opportunity at all.
