Ask a question in an AI playground session and get streaming response.

The actual pipeline (security scan, output guard, service invocation, streaming) lives in app.service.ai_playground.ask_pipeline.run_ask_pipeline so it can be reused by the playground scheduler worker without an HTTP callback. This endpoint is now a thin transport wrapper.
