Update a skill's name, description, bundle, privacy, or any combination.

Omitting files leaves S3 untouched, so a metadata-only change costs no uploads.

files replaces the bundle rather than merging into it. A path the array omits is therefore a deletion, and one that would delete anything is refused with a 409 naming the paths unless replace_bundle is set. To edit a single file, use PUT /skills/{public_id}/files/{path}.
