Delete a directive

Deprecated: use DELETE /robots/v1/directives/{directive_id} instead. Deletes a directive. After this call, subsequent GET and LIST requests will no longer return it and new directive runs cannot be triggered for it. In-flight runs that have already read the directive config continue to completion.
