带 waitSeconds（最多 60）时为长轮询：到达终态或超时后返回。公开作品无需鉴权；自己的作品带 Key 查看。

Pass waitSeconds (max 60) to long-poll: returns as soon as the job finishes or the wait elapses. Public songs need no auth; your own need the key.
