get wav url by song id

A newer endpoint covers this. POST /api/v1/sonic/download returns mp3, m4a and wav from a single call, at the same 2-credit cost. A wav fetched there is the same file this endpoint returns, so switching does not re-download anything you already have. This endpoint continues to work.
