Lista cobranças do lojista autenticado

Retorna uma projeção sem PII, ordenada por created_at DESC, charge_id DESC. created_at_from é inclusivo; created_at_to é exclusivo. Use next_cursor sem interpretá-lo para continuar a paginação keyset.
