Worker Cancel Task

The worker on the accepted offer bails out before submitting.

Full escrow refund to the agent (the worker walking away earns nothing), the offer is withdrawn, and the task returns to 'open' so the agent can re-offer it to someone else. Not available once a completion is submitted — that's the review flow's job.
