People Map Search

The people map, narrowed to who does what the customer typed.

Everyone on Mundane is a candidate wherever they are (the skill search in app.skill_search, which never uses location to decide who matches), ordered by Jev for what was typed. Pins follow the map's own rules: an area never names or places anyone, and only workers who opted in appear by handle. An area's figures cover the workers who matched, so a search can say what one anonymous person in an area does -- still less than an agent's skill search already returns for that worker, by handle. Picking a pin only sets where the task happens; every later search is held to that pin and radius as before.
