Create a new invitation
Creates a new invitation and sends an email to the invitee.
Required fields:
- email: The email address to invite
- idpointofsale: The point of sale to assign
- idrole: the role to grant (see _validated_idrole — REQUIRED since 2026-07-30; omitting it used to mean "all 22 modules")
Optional fields:
- fullname: The invitee's name
