Get Credit Status

Get the active PV's current credit balance and billing info. In company billing mode, returns the anchor PV's balance.

Reads the PV from current_user["idpointofsale"] so admin/PV impersonation overrides (x-admin-company / x-active-pv) are honored. Looking up by Cognito sub would always return the real user's home PV regardless of which company they're acting as.
